Ryan Homes Ribbon Cutting

The Franklin-Southampton Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting for Ryan Homes’s new development, Hunterdale Green, in the City of Franklin.  The 78-unit single-family housing development features houses in the mid to high 300’s.   The ribbon-cutting picture features local developer John Barksdale cutting the ribbon as Franklin Mayor Paul Kaplan, FSA Chamber Executive Director Madison Berryman and Ryan Homes officials look on.

It is anticipated that the development will be built out during the remainder of 2026 and 2027.  The sales office opens officially on Labor Day weekend.
