Success for the 1st Community Visioning Event!

FSEDI hosted a Community Visioning event to support its development of a new Community Vision for Franklin Southampton that will help guide and propel economic growth and opportunity forward.

Over 100 community leaders participated in the event. The event was held in two parts. The first welcomed six community leaders to Franklin Southampton, representing public and private-sector organizations (add list). The second discussed the history of Community Visioning and economic development in Franklin Southampton, provided a regional perspective on the effort, along with a discussion of what has been accomplished to date. Community members are invited to participate. A survey and request of interest was taken at the event. Additional events will be held in the near future.
